2017-19,21,22年ハンバーガー百名店。
自由が丘にある名店になります。
水曜日18:35頃訪問。
半分くらい埋まっていました。
カップル1組。他は女性1人客が数組。
屈強そうな男性店員さんのワンオペ。
話してみると、笑顔の爽やかな方でした。
今回は1番人気のチーズバーガーを注文。
・チーーーズ 1,780円
・神コーラ 680円
計2,460円
飲み物は先に出してもらいました。
店内は席少なめではあります。
中央に暖房があり、足掛け用毛布もあり。
周囲は植物に囲まれ、異世界のようです。
7分程でコーラ到着。
「11種類のスパイスと柑橘を素梵糖で煮込んだ自家製クラフトコーラです。神コーラの特徴は、させて栃木県小山市のハト麦エキスを使用しています。スパイス好きな方にはオススメなドリンクです。(紹介文より)」
底にあるシロップがあります。
よく混ぜてから飲みます。
スパイスが効いていて上品な味。
さらに8分後にバーガー到着。
「自由が丘バーガーで1番の人気。レッドチェダーをベースにブレンドしたチーズをたっぷりとかけたチーズを愛する方々へのハンバーガーです。(紹介文より)」
とんでもない量のチーズです。
まるで餅のようでとても贅沢。
粗挽きで肉汁が美味いパティと合う。
なおバンズ・パティは卵不使用。
アレルギーの方にも配慮されてます。
フライドポテトは無農薬。
とても甘く、柔らかく水々しい。
塩だけで完食してしまいました。
途中コーラがなくなってしまいました。
すぐ店員さんがお冷を提供してくれます。
お冷はレモン水で、こだわりを感じました。
じっくり味わいながら完食。
美味しいのはもちろん、雰囲気が良かった。
自由が丘で長年人気なのも納得。
