自由が丘の駅前でパンを購入した後、知人との待ち合わせで「蔭山樓」さんにお邪魔しました。場所は、東急自由が丘駅の北西、学園通りを北上し、自由が丘公園を越えてすぐ右側です。
入店すると、全く中華料理店の雰囲気ではなく、フレンチかイタリアンといった感じの、シンプルながらもお洒落な内装です。カウンターとテーブルが５卓の比較的小さなお店で、全て予約席でした。私達も、もちろん予約した上での訪問です。
色んなコースもありましたが、やはりアラカルトでお願いしました。注文は以下の通りです。
♦︎フカヒレの刺身
カルパッチョ風に、少し酸味のあるソースでいただきます。フカヒレ自体は濃い味はありませんが、だからこその食感の妙と、本来の淡い味わいが楽しめます。この食べ方は初めてでしたので、個人的に新鮮な逸品でした。
♦︎自家製フカヒレ１枚載せて特大焼売
「焼売」ではありますが、やはり主役はフカヒレ。見事な大きさで、先程の刺身よりも、味わいが増しています。巷のフカヒレ焼売やフカヒレ餃子とは、全くレベル違いでした。
乾杯のビールの後は、やはり紹興酒をお願いしました。選んだのは「紅琥珀（無濾過）」です。濾過していない紹興酒は、珍しいですね。非常に香りが高く、しかもフカヒレとの相性が抜群でした。
♦︎三浦の朝獲り蒸し野菜
箸休め的にいただきました。蒸してあるので、緑が鮮やかで、食感も良好です。
♦︎海老のチリソース炒め
たまにはフカヒレ以外と考え、お願いしてみました。大きな海老に、キリッとした辛さのあるチリソースと香味野菜が絡み、フカヒレだけではない、中華料理店としての実力がわかる一皿でした。
♦︎自慢のフカヒレ姿煮（大）
大きさもさることながら、これだけ濃厚な、これだけ味わい深いフカヒレは初めてかも。これは、正に「食べるべき一皿」といったところです。スープがまた絶品で、非常に濃厚なのですが、それを上回る美味しさがあり、絶対に飲み干してしまいますね。
♦︎黄金カニレタスチャーハン
初めは「フカヒレ煮込みあんかけそば」のつもりだったのですが、ホールの方が「フカヒレ姿煮と味が同じになります」と言われ、こちらにしました。カニ・レタス・玉子のシンプルなチャーハンですが、濃厚なスープの後なので、かなりすっきりした味に感じました。もちろん美味しかったです。
それにしても、豪華なフカヒレ三昧の料理の数々でした。フカヒレの質が良いのはもちろんのこと、素材の良さを100%引き出す腕の良さもさすがで、本当に満足な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。次回は、今日食べなかった「フカヒレ煮込みあんかけそば」を食べに、ランチで来てみたいと思います。
お勘定は２人で30,000円程度です。
