ずっと行きたかった中華の名店。
あんかけご飯と迷いましたが、
麺な気分だったので、鶏白湯塩そばランチセットに。
最初にあつあつの蒸し野菜が提供されます。
柚子胡椒マヨと甘辛いソースをつけていただきます。
蒸し野菜はそんなに好きではないのですが、
この甘辛いソースがとっても美味しくて
最後まで飽きずにいただけました。
そして、お待ちかね鶏白湯塩そば！
スープは鶏油をしっかり感じる超濃厚なお味。
ひと口めで感動します！笑
レタスや玉ねぎなどのお野菜とフライドオニオンの
トッピングで食感も楽しい。
また小エビの風味もプラスされていて奥深い味わいに。
麺が思ってたより太かったのですが
これがまたつるつるモチモチで美味しい！
そして、麺を食べ終わる頃に
ミニご飯を持ってきてもらえます。
スープに入れて、雑炊にしていただけます。
私はこれを意識して、スープと煮卵を残していたのですが
おかげでとっても美味しい雑炊になりました笑
麺もけっこう量があったので、
かなりお腹いっぱいになりました笑
デザートの杏仁豆腐はミルクの味が濃くて
こちらも美味しかったです。
大満足のランチでした。また機会があれば伺いたいです！
