ずっと行きたくて行きたくて憧れていました♪
なかなか伺うチャンスがなかったのは平日のランチ営業は金曜のみという点や、私の行動範囲から少し離れた自由が丘が最寄り駅という点などでしたが、このままでは憧れのお店で終わってしまうと思い、だんだん重くなってきた腰をあげました。
予約から実際おじゃまするまで楽しみで楽しみで当日はウキウキでした♪
10年ぶりぐらいに降りた自由が丘駅はお店は少し変わってました(当然ですね。)がピーコックの姿は相変わらずでなんか嬉しかったです。
しかし、そこから道に迷いました｡｡｡お店の方にお電話し道を確認しましたが結局10分の遅刻で到着。
忙しい時間にお電話してしまい本当に申し訳ない気持ちでドアを開けると｡｡
フワ～っといい香りがお店いっぱいに広がってました。
まず一番に時間制なのに遅れたお詫びをして入店すべきところを「いい匂い~~!!」で入ってしまいました。
もちろんお詫びもしましたが、大丈夫ですよ。と優しいお言葉で席に案内していただきました。
時間制なのでテーブル両隣りの方のお料理はスタートしてました。
噂の前菜盛り合わせを見てテンションアップ！！
私たちの前にも前菜盛り合わせ登場♪
内容は毎回違うのかな？ぜひ皆さんも行ったときのために楽しみにしてください。
つづいてスープ。こちらも濃厚でいい香り。きっと扉を開けたときの香りの1つです。
うっとりしていた時に、ふと気づいてしまいました｡｡｡
私たちより、はるか先にお食事を始められていたお隣の前菜が2,3口しかすすんでいない...
なぜ??なぜﾅﾝﾀﾞ??グルグルグル...お店の方もお気づきのようでしたが、ご本人たちはおしゃべりに夢中。
私のスープも終わろうかってころに、お店の方がお時間に限りがあるのでスープ運んでいいかの確認。
前菜盛り合わせとスープのお皿が各2名分でテーブルはぎっしり。でも食事には手をつけない...
頭の中で、なぜ？冷めちゃうよ？温かいうちにぜひ召し上がって。とグルグル....
すみません。見なきゃ良いのわかってます｡｡｡
おしゃべりも楽しいですよね。わたしも、おしゃべりも楽しみです。
連れに顔が怖い。と突っ込まれ、自分の前のお料理に集中しました～。
もちろん、メインとデザートにも大満足♪
連れが、もうおなか苦しい！とお残ししそうになったプリン。喜んでいただきました。
たしかにボリュームたっぷりランチでした。
また行きたいのですが、実際行った後でも憧れのお店です。
夜にカウンターでもおじゃましたいです。
