念願の香旬に行ったら、工事中。改装か、閉店か。
正宗酸辣刀削麺、1000円。辛さ弱めにしてもらいました。
正宗ってなんだろうと調べてみたら、「本場」という意味らしいです。
まずはスープを。はい、むせました（笑）
激辛ではないけど酸味のパンチが効いてます。好きな味❤️辛さ弱めで正解。
刀削麺、モチモチ。馬鹿みたいに量が多くなくていいわ〜
具は小松菜、もやし、ひき肉、長ネギみじん切り、そして焦がした唐辛子。
とてもバランスの良い一杯で、大満足‼️
サラダ、ザーサイ、杏仁豆腐もバッチリ。
食後、コーヒーがお茶を選べるのも嬉しいわ❤️
メニューも豊富、また来ます❗️
