平日の19時10分に入店、先客は宴会席から賑やかな声が聞こえてくるのと、マダム2名のみでした。無性に辛いモノが食べたくなり四川料理の店へ！
注文は麻辣湯麺900円にします。一番辛くて痺れるメニューのようでしたので^ ^ BGM無しで話し声が耳障りに聞こえてきます。7分で着丼、見た目はあまり辛そうではありませんが…(･_･;
いただきます。スープは辛〜い、そして痺れる〜(ﾟoﾟ;; コレは期待通りの辛さです。辛いけど湯麺の出汁の効いたスープも感じられます。さすが四川料理店、本場の辛さを楽しめます^ ^
麺はもちもちの中華麺、無難なお味。スープとの相性は良いです。挽肉が超まいうでした。時々スープと一緒にレンゲに乗っかってきて旨味を運んでくれます^ ^
もう少し辛くても良いかなと思い、卓上の辛味調味料を加えると更に刺激的に♪
どうしても挽肉を全部食べたくてスープを飲み干し、沈んでいた挽肉をレンゲで全てすくって完食！
満足して会計へ、何故か918円の請求を受けました。値上がりしたのかな？日本人じゃなかったので18円くらいはケチりません。
