The [Sichuan-style Tantanmen] had a smooth soup.The flavor of the soup itself was...I didn't taste the sesame paste, only the spiciness at the end.The meat miso was chunky, but it was just a garnish. There is almost no taste.The noodles are thick Chinese noodles.The salad is shredded radish, lettuce, and chopped carrots.The dressing: Zha cai has a light taste, but the texture is delicious.The dessert is hard and has a strong sweetness, with a faint mango taste.Mango pudding?
