・里芋とケールのスープ
里芋のきめ細やかなトロッとしたスープはブイヨンのような出汁感もあり、そこにケールの若干の苦味が美味しい。見た目にも美しく健康的なスープ。
・和牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮込み
驚くほどにトロっとホロっとしたほほ肉はナイフ要らず。赤ワインのコクが美味しい。また、人参のピューレが添えられており、程よい甘みとホクホク感のある根菜特有の味わいが非常に合う。
・自家製モンブラン バニラアイスクリーム添え
思った以上にサイズが可愛くてびっくりしたが、味わいや見た目は確か。
