本格スパイスカレー専門店 |
何度も通っているが、毎回感動してしまうのがスーパースターのカレーだ。
メニューは3種類、チキン、キーマ、スラキチ。
どれも美味しいのだけど、ここ数年は毎回チキンカレーを頼む。
フレッシュトマトと凝縮された玉ねぎのベースに、華やかなスパイスが躍りだす。
スパイスとチキンの旨みが両立していて、その上でカレーにありがちなオイリー感は少なく後味は不思議とスッキリ。
固めに炊かれた日本米とよく馴染む。
初めての人はW盛りがオススメ。
カレー好きは チキン×キーマ
出汁好きは チキン×スラキチ のコンビなんてどうだろう。
スラキチは売り切れてしまうのをよく見るので、
早めの来店がオススメ。
