自由が丘近辺でスイーツのお店を探していて見つけた「マジドゥショコラ MAGIE DU CHOCOLAT」 いわゆるカカオ豆の選定からチョコレート製造まで一貫して手掛けるビーントゥバーBean to Barのお店です。最近増えましたね。
店内にはチョコレートを使った焼き菓子やチョコバーから生ケーキまで、さまざまなお菓子が展示されており、チョコラバーには堪らんお店。
カウンターの簡易イートインスペースもあり、チョコレートソフトクリームを頬張る、自由が丘マダムの姿も数人見受けられます。今日はおとなしくケーキを買って帰ります。
♦シューショコラ 620円
チョコを練り込んだサクサクのシュー生地に、中のクリームはカカオの粒の食感が楽しいフレッシュクリーム。甘さが程よくて優しいシュークリーム。中の板チョコもカリカリ美味しい。
♦タルトショコラ 620円
うーむ、これは濃厚。タルト生地の上に乗っているのは、ねっとり甘くて濃厚なカカオのコクが楽しめるチョコレートガナッシュ。しっとり密度の高いガナッシュは滑らかに口の中で溶け、口いっぱいに芳醇なカカオの甘みが広がります。
ちょっと高級だけど美味しいですね。とにかくチョコが思いっきり食べたい時は、真っ先にここを思い浮かべるでしょう。
