自由が丘にある、カフェとビストロの中間、
ネオカフェのJusqu’au noir（ジュスコノアール）。
今回はお店のリニューアルに伴い、新メニューを提供していただけるということで、オーナーにご招待していただきました。
老若男女が楽しめるような、カジュアルに入れる素敵なお店。
お店も可愛いし、なんといっても料理の味が美味しい！なのに価格設定が優しいところがとっても印象的でした☺️✨
この日いただいたのは
・オードブル
・サラダ
・スフレオムレツ
・パスタ
・ローストビーフ
・デザート
オードブルから全て美味しかったのですが、特に気に入ったのはふわっふわのスフレオムレツと、厚みのあるローストビーフ。
オムレツは、付け合わせに2種のソースがついています。単体で食べた後、ソースと絡めて味変を楽しみました。
ローストビーフはしっとり、とても柔らかい✨
ローストビーフのうえには冷凍処理をした黄身がのっていますが、わたしこれ初めて食べました！食感がなんともいえない♡柔らかくてしっとり、少しもったりしてる感じ✨
全体的に、とても料理が美味しかったのが印象的なお店。
ぜひまた食べにいきたいなあ、と思っています。
