昨年移転してからは初めての訪問です。今日はひとりで。新しいお店は駅に近くなって１階になりました。
店内は明るいです。以前の店は広めのテーブル席のみ。このお店はカウンターができた分、テーブル席は少し狭くなったように思います。まあ標準的なサイズですけど。
最初に南仏の白ワインをグラスで。南仏にしては味に苦味、厚みがあります。ソムリエの選択に脱帽。
まず豚のリエット。パンは薄めで、豚はしっかりした味です。
フォワグラとリンゴのパテ。こちらの定番で、ほぼ毎回注文してます。リンゴの酸味と甘味がフォワグラと出会います。バランスが素晴らしい。野菜はグリーン、ミニトマト、レンコンのピクルスなど。パテは付いて来るクルミのパンとも良く合います。
カボチャの冷製スープ。ちょっと胡椒が効いてます。そして量があります。
赤はブルゴーニュを頂きました。ピノ・ノワールですがちょっと若い感じでした。
主菜は岩中豚のグリエ。豚はしっかり目の仕上がりで、ちょっと固め。粒マスタードのソースでいただきます。付け合わせの野菜はアスパラ、インゲン、ポテト、キャベツのピクルス、ラタトゥイユなど充実していました。
デザートはガトーショコラとバニラアイス。双方とも濃厚な味でした。そして少量のフルーツは巨峰、マスカット、オレンジ、グレープフルーツ。
エスプレッソ。ここのはいつも美味しいと思います。お供はラングドシャーとオレンジピールの生チョコ。
相変わらず美味しいです。カウンター席が出来た分、ひとりで来やすいのが良いですね。
