【マロリーポークステーキ】自由が丘
こちらのお店は自由が丘駅から徒歩4分の場所にあり
メニューはポークステーキ1本。
山の名前がついた200g〜2,000gのポークステーキ7種類から好みのサイズを選べるよ
肉は、大麦仕上三元豚。
仕込みに2日かけて、さらに真空状態で1日休ませ、
低温でじっくり火入れして、さらに1日休ませ、提供する
ときに高温で一気に焼き上げる豚肉で
今回は1000gのキリマンジェロを頂きました！
写真で見るより実物は大きくてびっくり！
ポーク肉は柔らかくて切りやすく食べやすい。
かなりさっぱりしていてあきないうまさ！！
つけ合わせのクリームスピナッチや追加で頼んだ
トリュフバター、卓上には
味変用の岩塩、ブラックペッパー、
牡蠣醤油、山葵、柚子胡椒などが置いてあり
いろいろな味わいを楽しめちゃうよ
