Sweet and comforting deliciousness. First, let's have the raw yam. I thought it would be the type to put on rice, but it was a spoonful snack type (?) This was so delicious. . . A new way to eat it on the bridge while adding salty salt little by little. The combination of the salty taste and the gentle taste of the Japanese yam made me wonder if I should order another serving. LOL The sashimi is also fresh, and today's grilled fish is Ishidai?
