Our restaurant offers delicately flavored French cuisine made with seasonal ingredients. We are particular about the ingredients we use, including fresh vegetables procured from Miura Yasai and Aomori herb farms, and Kirishima salmon from Kagoshima, which is farmed in the beautiful spring water of Mt. Kirishima Renzan. The concept is for the appetizers to be light and the main course to be more substantial. Recommended is the "Cow tongue Braised in Soft Red Wine". The stewed meat is so soft that it comes apart with chopsticks, and the rich sauce goes perfectly with it. Enjoy our signature dishes!
