I had the prix fixe lunch. For the hors d'oeuvres, I chose horse mackerel marinated with gazpacho, and for the main course, I chose shrimp pie-wrapped baked with American sauce. The soup was a cold vichyssoise with jagaimo (potato yam). The dessert was a mango passion fruit parfait. The waiter was also very polite in explaining the dishes and it was a very pleasant experience. The counter was not in use and there were only 12 seats, so it seems like it would be difficult to make a reservation. I would love to go back when the menu changes.

From the front ticket gate of Jiyugaoka Station, turn left. Pass in front of Mitsubishi UFJ Bank and cross the railroad crossing. When you pass through the commercial facility "Trainch" diagonally ahead on the right, you will find Lawson on the right. Turn left at Lawson and walk along Gakuen Dori towards Denenchofu for about 2 minutes. It is on the 1st floor of the 3-story building, the second one before the Okuzawa 6-chome intersection. The sign at the entrance of the building says ``cuisine francaise H''. 351 meters from Jiyugaoka. |

・オードブル チョイス
カリフラワーのムース富士山サーモン、
・アーモンドミルクの泡が載ったカボチャスープ
甘くていくつか種も入っておりアクセントになっていました。
・メイン チョイス
お魚料理 エビとヒラメにムール貝のサフランソース
・デザートのパフェ 小布施栗のモンブランとカシスのパフェ。
ミルクアイスや洋梨も入っており、甘いのと酸っぱいのとでコラボされて絶妙なおいしさでした。
お会計はカードも使用できました。
