お酒はぬるめの燗がいいなんて言いますが、まだこの季節、飛びきり燗がききます。暦の上に春は立ちながら、厳寒の折でございます。どうぞ健やかにお過ごしください。もっぱら雪冷えでロックで飲むのが好き、たくもんですー。

田園調布の駅からでんぐり返し１０回くらいでも店に着く。駅前です。
地元の友達が近く入籍するということで、こちらの素敵なお店で軽く飲むことに。
友達はよく行くみたいで、一人でしっぽりやっても良い感じみたいです。
平日の宵の口に伺いました。
予約等はしていませんでしたが、無事入店に成功。
外の雰囲気から気品があふれる料亭で、内装も落ち着くデザインです。素敵です。
またお店の方の対応も素晴らしいです。
料理を取り分けて配膳してくれたり、お酒も好みを伝えるだけでおすすめを出していただけました。
▶本日頂いたもの(一部抜粋)
・〈瓶ビール〉７００円
まずはこちらで乾杯。ヱビスビールをチョイス。種類があって好みが飲めるの良いですね。
その他、飲み物は魔王や日本酒のおすすめを頂きました。松本や田酒など。
毎回、徳利やお猪口が違い、細部まで楽しませてもらいました。
お通しは何とも綺麗でお節のようです。
季節ごとに違う顔があるのでしょう。味もほっこりする。
・〈本マグロの山かけ〉１１００円
味が付いていますのでそのままいただきます。
安定の美味さです。芋の粘度もいいですね。
・〈赤なまこ〉８５０円
コリコリ食感がたまらない今が旬小栗旬。
さっぱりとした味付けでいくらでも食べれますね。
・〈すっぽん雑炊〉１８７０円
すっぽん久しぶりです。カメックス。
量も多く、味も美味い。雑炊自体は優しい味付けなのですっぽんの味がダイレクトに味わえます。これはお手頃なのではないでしょうか。あー元気になっちゃう(●´ω｀●)
最後、お会計時に美味しいわらび餅頂きました。
こういった心遣い嬉しいな。
