石臼挽きたて直送全粒粉入り国産小麦100%。
猛暑でいつもより食欲落ちめ、、でも一人一枚以上食べられてしまう絶品ピッツァ。
【前菜】
サラダ、スモークサーモン。
アンチョビソースが美味しい。新鮮なサラダでまずは胃腸を整える。
スモークサーモンは超厚切りなのに食べやすいすっきり味。燻製の香り。
【ピッツァ】
どれも、ミミが美味しすぎ。
ふっくら生地とたっぷりのチーズだから見た目がぷくぷく。
１枚目:マリナーラとレジーナ
プチトマトと生ハムがこんもり。このハーフハーフ、美観が素晴らしい。
普段なら頼まないマリナーラ。ニンニクが効いていてトマトの美味しさが際立つ。
レジーナは生ハムにパルミジャーノ。下には茸がたっぷり。生ハム単独で食べても美味しいのに、贅沢。。
２枚目:４種のチーズとビスマルク
濃厚なチーズの香り。香りが強いのに味はあっさりしてて不思議。蜂蜜も高級感。
ビスマルクは半熟卵でまろやかな味。たっぷりモッツァレラに卵のボリューム系。
３枚目:リモーネとサルモーネ
最後の一枚は少し変わり種を。
リモーネ。リコッタとフレッシュレモンだとデザートのようだが、ここにモルタデッラがよく合う。
サルモーネは生クリーム入り。まろやかで濃厚。
最後はサルシッチャ(フェンネルの香りが芳醇！)をつまみにワインをいただいて、ティラミスで〆。
イタリアンでデザートと言えばティラミス。スポンジに染みた珈琲がしっかり苦い。とろける軟らか食感。
今日一日で何種類チーズ食べたんだろう。幸せ者。
