二代目店主の岡井巳里氏が営む石臼で挽きたての自然栽培小麦を使用した本格ピザが美味しいお店！
岡井巳里氏がシェフ兼オーナーを務める個人経営のピッツァ専門店。ピッツェリア パーレンテッシは1999年8月24日にオープン。このお店は初代オーナーの中野秀明シェフが1999年31歳という若さで創業させたのがお店の始まり。その初代オーナーから引き継ぎ、現在弟と一緒にお店を切り盛りしているるのが岡井シェフ。兄の岡井巳里氏がキッチンを担当しており、弟は前菜の盛り付けなどを担当。兄はこのお店に入る前に恵比寿にあるイタリア料理店「リストランテMASSA」で働いており、中野氏から料理を学ぶためにこちらのお店に勤めることになったそう。
お店の場所は、文化浴泉(銭湯)の隣のエクセル東山 2Fにお店があります。最寄り駅は池尻大橋駅東口から徒歩4分の場所にございます。営業時間は火〜土：ランチ11時〜15時、ディナー18時〜23時、日：ランチ11時〜15時、ディナー18時〜22時。
席数は23席でテーブル席のみ。予約は電話予約が可能です。支払方法は現金、カード決済(VISA、Master、JCB、AMEX、Diners)が対応可能！
ハーフ＆ハーフのピザを2枚注文。ピッツァの生地は石臼で挽きたての自然栽培小麦(茨城県のパン用の認定品種「ゆめかおり」)を使用し、食材にも手を抜かず、産地や栽培方法にまで拘っている。
4種類のピザを食べましたが、色々チーズ（クワトロフォルマッジ）がチーズがたっぷりとろとろで一番美味しかった。アンチョビはちょいしょっぱめだったので塩味が強い味が苦手な人は避けたほうが良さそう。
