三宿の交差点近くの八代井亭にてランチ。
実はこの前日、ありえないステーキに出会ってしまいストレスがたまりまくっていたので、久しぶりにこちらまで足をのばしてみました。といってもチャリで15分くらいなもんだけどね。
階段を降りてお店に入ると、お座敷、テーブル席も含め店内はほぼ満席。
サラリーマンだけではなく女性の姿も結構見うけられます。
カウンターが1席空いていたのでそこにもぐりこみ注文。
お箸で食べる ステーキ定食 1,300円
ランチビール 350円
カウンター席は鉄板前の特等席☆
オーダーが入ってから肉の塊を切り分け、丁寧に塩コショーをして鉄板へ。
目の前で焼いてくれるので、待っている時間もまた楽しい。
特に焼き加減は訊かれませんでしたが、焼き上がりは見事なミディアムレアでした＼(^o^)／
肉、柔らかい～！「お箸で食べる」は誇張ではありません。
ランチにしてはイイお肉を使っていますねー
タレは醤油ベースのさっぱり系。
にんにくや生姜は控えめなので、お肉の美味しさを十分に味わえます。
量的にも200ｇ近くはある感じで満足、満足。
やっぱりステーキはこうでなくっちゃね！
