The specialty shabu shabu is made with beef and pork, and the beef is divided into several grades. This time, I shared the following dishes with a friend.・Beef Sukiyaki ・Pork shabu shabu ・Onion slices ・Strawberry ice cream ■Impressions I decided to eat near Ikejiri Ohashi Bridge and visited this restaurant for the first time, as a friend of mine has been going there for a long time. Although it is conveniently located along 246 Street, the interior of the restaurant is very spacious, and you can enjoy your meal while relaxing in an old-fashioned Japanese atmosphere. I had both pork shabu shabu and beef Sukiyaki, but my personal favorite was pork shabu-shabu. The combination of the refreshing dashi stock and the sweetness of the pork fat makes it so light that even people who don't like meat can eat it easily. One of the great things about this dish is that even though it is ordered for one person, it contains plenty of vegetables, so you can solve your daily lack of vegetables.
