Lunch at a Japanese-style meal Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that is so popular that the restaurant is almost full and there are some customers waiting. There were seats outside the store for people to wait in line, so it seemed like a real coincidence that they were able to enter the store right away without having to wait. When you enter the restaurant, the atmosphere is calm and the number of seats is small. If you're having a leisurely lunch, there might be a line. I ordered a grilled fish set meal for lunch. The price seems to change depending on the type of fish of the day, and this time it's Ehime red sea bream (grilled with salt koji) for 1,490 yen. The plump flesh and mellow amount of salt are perhaps unique to shio-koji. It's thick and satisfying to eat. The meat itself is rather refreshing, and the grated daikon goes well with it. Is delicious! ! ! Another nice feature is that there are a variety of side dishes lined up on the large plate. If you choose 16-grain rice, it's more of a serious grain than you'll find elsewhere. The fried mackerel is topped with tartar sauce. A fresh incense with a simple taste. A slightly thick miso soup with a strong dashi stock. This is a Japanese-style meal grilled fish set lunch that is quite filling. Up to a large serving of rice is available free of charge. At this point, it's a delicious meal that can be called youth power!
