東京都目黒区東山の『GOLDEN BROWN』で「ゴールデンブラウンバーガー」を食す。
最寄り駅は東急田園都市線「池尻大橋駅」。
駅東口から徒歩10分ほどの場所に構える。
2008年オープンの“バンズが飴色に美味しく焼けた最高の状態を表すワード”が店名の由来のハンバーガーショップ。
注文したのは、

■パティ
シーズニングそこそこにビーフの旨味をしっかりと楽しませながらも肉感＆ジューシー感のバランス良い美味なビーフ100％パティ。
■バンズ
表面パリッと香ばしく焼かれたふかふかのバンズ。
■トッピング
パティの上にマッシュルーム・スモークチーズ・ベーコン。
パティの下に飴色玉ねぎ。
これらが織りなすハーモニーが絶妙。
なによりもスモーキーな燻香が良いアクセントになっている。
■ポテト
シューストリングタイプのフレンチフライ。
カリホクな仕上がりで美味。
■総じて
テーブルとテーブルの間が大変狭く、ハンバーガーを食べる環境としてはお世辞には良いとは言えないお店の作り。
なものの、“世界のレストランBEST50”にハンバーガー店で唯一選出されたと言うだけあってそれぞれ素材のバランスがばっちりの非常に満足度高いハンバーガーなのはさすがなところ。⠀
まさにここでしかいただけない仕上がりなだけに思いついたときにまたフラッと訪れたくなるお店だぁね(お店が空いているの前提でｗ)。
