さて、和食で以前探したこちらへ。土曜日夜なのでネット予約済み。コースは10000円を選択。
さて、入口は2つあり246号線の入口は発見困難。なので、1つ裏に入った道からは立派な入口【写真あり】があるのでこちらをオススメ。
さて、肝心のお味は‥、旨いやんけ~。
最初のトウモロコシの前菜、美味しい。
鯛の素揚げ、ウロコ？も揚げてるのか？パリッとして旨い。
じゅんさいと素麺は、普通。
お刺し身は、まあ普通。
ウニ乗せ冷製茶碗蒸し、旨いー、が上のあんかけが濃い。
鮎の塩焼き、旨い~ちょっと苦味あるのは内臓なので大人の味。
鰻白焼き、これが旨かった。鰻はふるさと納税で食べまくってるが、これは、旨かった。
煮鮑、素朴だが素材の味が引き立つ、そして、分厚かった。食べごたえあり。【安いコースだとだいぶ小さいみたいだった】
ハマグリの吸い物、これは、ハマグリなんですか？っていうくらい、肥ってるー。めっちゃ膨らんでる。旨い。
もろこしかき揚げ、なんか、旨い。
タコとトマトのサッパリは、サッパリしてて終盤によし。
カニほぐし身とサッパリ酸っぱめジュレは、終盤によし。
最後の炊き込みご飯は、牛肉の炊き込みご飯。
味は薄めなので、3杯食べれた。が、余ったのでお持ち帰りです。
ウニ盛りは、誰かが頼んでいたのを真似て、大将にお願いしました。いくらかは分かりません。
さて、総評、旨い、安い、コスパ最高、量もたっぷり。
はい、再訪あり。
