平日夜に初訪問です。
東急田園都市線の池尻大橋駅と三軒茶屋駅の中間でR.246三宿交差点の北東角のビル4階にあります。
ビルはかなり古く、エレベーターもクラシックな雰囲気。
店内はカジュアルなイタリアンでバーカウンターとテーブル席の構成。ビルの4階ですが1階入り口にそそられるよな看板もないので、基本通りすがりのお客はいない感じです。
店名のPescheriaは＝魚屋で、魚料理を中心としたシチリア料理の店です。
オーナーシェフ兼ソムリエはシチリアで修行してこちらを開店、お父様が魚市場関係者でよい魚を仕入れることができるというスキームで運営しているとのこと。
黒板メニューには『オヤジが厳選したカルパッチョ』がありますが、これ以外の魚介類も厳選された食材とのこと。
『カルパッチョ』はハーフ1,200円もあるのでハーフでオーダー。小皿前菜は9種類あり、「どれでも3品で1,100円」で『シチリア直伝！ナスのカポナータ』『キンメとキヌアの香草オーブン焼き』『タチウオの燻製』の3つを選択。
ワンオペのため、オーダーは一括にしてほしいとのことなので、パスタから『情熱のペスカトーレ』2,000円もオーダー。
ワインはシチリア縛りで素晴らしいです。リストもシチリアの東から西まで4,000円台から25,000円まで結構なバリエーションがあります。
ただし飲みたくてオーダーしたワインは在庫切れとのことで、お勧めのBarracono「ジビッポ」ベースのオレンジワインにしました。
最初は大き目な柑橘類の香りから徐々に複雑な香りに変化する面白いワインです。
料理はジャパナイズしてないシチリア郷土料理で、「カポナータ」「カルパッチョ」などいずれも美味しいです。後から『岩手県大船渡赤崎産大きな殻付生牡蠣』300円の追加で頂きましたが、大ぶりで旨いです。
ちなみに黒板には、「毎月2日はワインの日、ボトル\1,000OFF、グラス\100OFF」「毎月23日は生牡蠣の日\600/3個」と書いてあります。
ワインを中心なので料理はたくさん食べていませんが、ピュアなシチリア料理とシチリアワインが楽しめる貴重なお店です。
