池尻大橋駅から徒歩10分程度歩いたところにひっそりと佇むシチリア料理のお店です。
店主1人、ワンオペでの営業です。お父様が魚の卸をされているとのこと、新鮮なお魚を使ったこだわりのお料理を頂くことが出来ます。
店主はまさに才色兼備、お料理はもちろんソムリエの資格も持ち、月に1回お料理教室を開いたり、保育園での食育活動、カメラマンなどなどされているのだとか。この日はワインをボトルでオーダー、お料理はアラカルトで頂きました。
《頼んだもの/アラカルト》
・生牡蠣
大きな生牡蠣は濃厚でミルキー、程よい磯の香りもあり、ワインが進む味わい。さっぱりとレモンを絞って頂きます。
・オヤジが厳選したカルパッチョ 4つのお味で
シチリアの塩の泡、トマトソースやレモンなど4種の味付けで頂くカルパッチョはどれも美味。塩の泡で頂くヒラマサがお気に入りでした。
・前菜盛り合わせ（3種）
・キンメの煮込み
この日のおすすめということで出して頂いたこちらはほろっほろに煮込まれたキンメがもうたまらない美味しさ。程よく脂も乗り、スープには出汁の旨味が染み出ています。
・クスクス 濃厚ブイヤベースと共に
エビとハマグリを使ったクスクスは、これまで食べてきたクスクスの概念を崩されました。無添加のクスクスは、ふんわりと炊かれ、濃厚ブイヤベースとの相性抜群。
お料理は本当にどれも美味しく、またお皿にも店主のこだわりがたっぷり。アマルフィと直契約したお皿は可愛く、お料理をさらに引き立てています。色とりどりのお皿は店内で販売もしていました。
店主は気さくでとても話しやすい雰囲気、お料理の話はもちろんイタリアのお話など色々と楽しませてくれました。
2軒目を控えていため、デザートまでたどり着けなかったので、次回はしっかりとデザートまで頂きたいです。ごちそうさまでした！
