まさか家の近場にあるとは・・・

鹿児島緑茶ハイで乾杯。
濃いめな感じがとても良いです。
からの、茶ぶり。
これですコレ。養殖ぶりで脂乗っているけど、スッキリしつこくない。
食べても食べ飽きない味わい。養殖ぶりもいいなと思った鰤。
朝締め地鶏刺し
ぶりぶりな食感が東京でも。コレもまた鹿児島で食べてハマった一品。
柚子胡椒のアクセントがいいのです。
そして茶タイ
お茶で育った養殖の鯛です。こちらも締めたてなので食感があって、
噛み締めるごとに旨味が出ます。あんまり養殖の鯛って食べないけど、
脂が乗ってるんですね。
里芋の唐揚げ
家で作るとめんどくさい物を笑
サクサクほろっと、そして甘味のある里芋。
ぶり出汁おでん
茶ぶりを使って出汁を取ったおでん。美味いに決まってます！
しみしみなさつま揚げに、玉子も塩気と旨味が浸透しています。
鹿児島の美味しさを東京で伝える。
茶ぶりはなかなか東京で食べられないので貴重です。
