友人と、クリスマス前にちょっと美味しいものを食べようとコースで予約してみました。
池尻大橋で一階はお惣菜と立ち飲み。
おしゃれなお惣菜が並んでて、11/29から2階のBistroが始まったようです。
入るところは、お店の横から扉を開けて登ります。
隠れ家みたいでワクワクします。
2階に上がると、3席だけのこじんまりとした店内。
お友達の家に伺ったような、親しみがわきます。
コースメニューは、3500円、4500円、5500円のコースがありました。
ワインが合いそうだな、と思いましたが、ウィスキーも豊富だったので、白洲ハイボールで乾杯。
まず、お肉の前菜盛り合わせと、パンの盛り合わせが来ました。
前菜は、砂肝のコンフィ、ポークリエット、キャロットラペ、ハモンセラーノ、鴨の燻製、キヌアのサラダ。
パンは、自家製ブリオッシュ。
砂肝が、柔らかくて美味しい衝撃。
全部美味しいですが、ブリオッシュもふかふかで、下で販売してたら買って帰りたいくらい。
畑カンパニーさんのオーガニック サラダ。
新鮮なレタスに、酸味のあるドレッシングでいいですね。
キッシュロレーヌ。
キッシュにもお肉が入っていて、なめらかな生地で美味しいです。
本日の魚介のグラタンは、牡蠣と白子のグラタン。
白子のグラタン初めて食べましたが、あったかくふわふわしてて牡蠣の旨みも絶妙で美味し過ぎました。
23穀米をたっぷり詰めた、若鶏のロースト
合鴨ロースのポワレ、ベリーのソース。
一緒にお皿にのってきましたが、かなりボリュームがあり、
肉の旨みがぎゅっと詰まっていて、美味し過ぎました。
Betの名物！美味しいプリン
パティスリーのプリンのような、なめらかでカラメルが甘過ぎず大人のプリンです。
カラメルがクリーム状で持ち帰りにも良さそう。
