"理髪店"と見間違う人がきっといるであろう店名と、それにあわせたような外観もあいまって、そこが居酒屋であることは一瞬わからないかもしれませんが紛れもなく素敵な居酒屋です！笑 店内は奥行きがあってテーブル席もカウンター席もあるので、少し人数が多い場合でも利用できると思います！

スパイス、香草などがどのお料理にもふんだんに使われていて、アジア的な雰囲気が漂います！店内も調理しているお料理の香りが流れてきて、食欲が刺激されます！笑
「あぶりユッケ」
個人的にユッケはとても大好きであったらほぼ注文してしまうのですが、居髪店さんのユッケもまたとても美味しかったです！たっぷりの薬味と卵黄を絡めていただくと箸もお酒も止まらなくなりました。。。笑
「鮭ハラスといくらの揚げ出し」
まず鮭ハラスと揚げ出し豆腐を合わせたそのセンスに脱帽です！たっぶりのお出汁がしみしみでお出汁と絡ませてながらいただきます！優しい味でとても美味しかったです！
また行きたいお店です！
