池尻大橋にあるフレンチレストラン「ブラッスリー・ヴィ（brasserie vie）」
東急田園都市線 池尻大橋駅 西口から徒歩7分ほど。
世田谷区岡本から榎本農家さんから仕入れたお野菜､その日毎に変わる鮮魚などを使った素材にこだわった美味しいお料理｡
店名のvieとは、暮らし、とか生きる、意味。看板の“暮”の文字は、そのことを表しています。
かっこいいお兄さんがお二人で切り盛りされています。
オーナーシェフは、鶉澤さん。昨年、こちらで開店される前は、いくつかのお店で料理長をされていたそうで、直近では、ヨックモック青山本店 ブルー・ブリック・ラウンジにて、料理長をされていた、という実力派。
池尻大橋で所用の後、気になっていた、こちらへ。
メニューはコース、またはアラカルト。

【飲み物】
「ウーロン茶」
【サラダ】
「シンプルサラダ」
レタスどっさりの本当に、シンプルサラダ。ドレッシングがよく馴染んで美味しい。
【前菜】
「小アジのエスカベッシュ」
小アジをさっくりと揚げて、玉ねぎなどが入った程よい酸味のマリネ液に漬けて。小アジながら、しっかりとした味わいがあります。
「初カツオのスモーク」
肉厚に切り出したカツオをスモークにかけ、グリーンオリーブのソースを合わせて。
このソース、たぶん初めてですが、凄く美味しいです。
【スープ】
「マッシュルームのスープ」
マッシュルームの香りと味わいがそのまま、滑らかなスープになっています。トッピングの里芋のフリットが良いアクセント。
【パスタ】
「鹿児島平スズキと菜の花のトマトソース」
平スズキ、菜の花をたっぷり入れたトマトソースにパスタを合わせて。トマトソースがスープパスタ風で、パスタによく絡んで美味しいです。
【デザート】
「いちごのジェラート」
いちごミルクのアイスではなく、いちごをそのままジェラートにしたようなフレッシュな味わい。とても爽やか。
技術とセンスを感じる美味しい料理をいただきました。
皆さんとても親切で、居心地満点。お一人様、ご家族でいらっしゃる方も多いそうです。
