男同士でも行きやすいビストロだけど
カジュアル過ぎず
オンでも十分使える雰囲気がグッド
ほぼ一年ぶりにお邪魔しましたが
やっぱり美味い
料理は
自家製のシャルキュトリー（ハムやソーセージ）
フレンチ系の一品料理
そして洋風炊き込みご飯などなど
グラスワインも
良いセレクションが揃ってます
自家製シャルキュトリー盛り合わせ（2880円）：二人分でこのお値段です。最高級の生ハム数種類と、それ以外はソーセージやハムも全て自家製。スターターとしてピッタリ
シェーブル・ショーのサラダ（1440円）：焼いた山羊チーズと胡桃のサラダ。濃厚なチーズと柔らかな酸味と甘みのバルサミコが絶妙に絡んだ葉物が美味しい、満足度の高いサラダ
NZ産 仔羊 骨付き背肉のロティ タプナードソース（3600円）：全く臭みのないジューシーな逸品。注文してからじーーーくり仕上げるので、3ー40分かかります。早目に注文しましょう
日本一の牡蠣ごはん（3500円）:2年連続で豊洲の初競最高価格を記録した陸前高田市・広田湾の三年もの牡蠣。大粒でプリップリな身が、出汁とバタータップリのご飯の上にゴロゴロ
