センスのある、実質旨いもの屋を掘り出すことにかけては日本有数の友人が、熱烈推薦していた三軒茶屋「フェリチェッラ」に。元はワインバーだったという、カウンター中心の店内。
とてもいい店だった「イルパッチョコーネ」で修業をスタートし、渡伊。帰国後に系列店で料理長を務めた榎本大介シェフの独立店。
いつもはスパークリングワインでスタートするのだけれど、国産クラフトビールもウリとのことで、「ジャズベリー」なる銘柄を頼んだら思いのほかよく！
いい店の共通項である、メニューが魅力的で選びきれないというジレンマに真剣に悩む。
そもそも「ストラッチャテッラ（ブッラータの中身）をのせたフレッシュトマトソースのスパゲティ」とか、もう字面で気になって反則である。
次回は食べなくてはと記憶する皿も多数。
料理に中庸は求めず、きちんと攻めていて、結果として美味い。
グラスワインはもちろん、愛する食後酒も充実。
健啖家にはたまらない店だと思う。
