〜総評〜
三軒茶屋駅から徒歩3分の場所にあります鮨かんてらへ行って参りました！
レトロな横丁風な建物の一階にありました。
店内はシンプルにモダンな雰囲気で余計なものがありません！
BGMも流れていたので、ひたすらに食事に集中して過ごすことが出来ます。
コースは小鉢料理から握りに入っていく流れになります。
前半の小鉢料理も一品一品こだわっており、全て美味しく頂きました！
ガスバーナーを使うと臭いがついてしまうから炭を使っていたり、太刀魚を酒蒸しにしたりと思わず唸ってしまうレベルで美味しかったです♪
後半の握りもネタによって赤酢と米酢を使い分けていて、ネタも新鮮なのでずっと美味しかったです！
握りもどうやってネタの魅力を引き出すのかなど、お話しをしながら頂いたので愉しかったです。
何より従業員さんが皆様エンターテイナーなので楽しく過ごすことができました！
