三茶ベース？の五臓六腑といえば、美味いモツ料理と焼酎、との固定観念を越えて魚介から肉料理まで幅広く
楽しめる形態にしたのがこちらで、本店としたらしい。
過去には茶沢通り入り口と三角地帯の旧本店しか知らなかったが、豊富な焼酎が楽しめる点は共通のようだ。
刺身盛り合わせからステーキ、ハンバーグ、野菜とシェアしながらいただいたが、自分で好みのものを選んだ
わけでもなかったので感想としては普通に美味しい、という感じ。
難点は喫煙可ということなので愛煙家だけでご利用ください、てとこ。
煙の中での食事では全く集中できない。
