佐渡島の名産品などを使って料理を提供してくれます。
屋久杉のテーブルやコップやお皿、フォークなどの食器類もひとつひとつこだわりがあります。
お酒もこだわってて、シェフが料理にあったお酒を提供してくれます。
チェイサー代わりのハーブ水も美味しいです。
いつも食後酒にラッパを頂いているのですが、
これのおかげで次の日とてもすっきりしています。
最後のコーヒーもすごくおいしくて、コップもお気に入りです。
