熟成肉を薪火で焼くイタリアンがあるというので、行ってみました。
店内に入ると、屋久杉のカンウターと薪ストーブが出迎えてくれました。
料理とワインはシェフのお任せです。

低温調理のサーモンは、とろける美味しさ
アスパラも歯ごたえと香りがあります
熟成マグロも薪で炙ってあり脂がありますがしつこくありません
ドラゴン級の太刀魚は、骨から取ったスープと相まって絶品です
サマーポルチーニのパスタは、歯ごたえと香りが最高
そしてメインの熟成肉は、満腹中枢を麻痺させる美味しさです
