Italian Cuisine Restaurants is located 1-2 minutes walk from the Setagaya Line exit of Sangenjaya. I made a reservation and visited on a weekday night. Located on the third floor of a building, the inside of the store is a strange but stylish space. It feels like you've come to a house in the woods, but the counter is solid and gives it a luxurious feel. And on the right side, there is something that looks like a wood-fired fireplace. I like Minatoku's sturdy and stylish atmosphere, but I also like this atmosphere. The course is 12,000 yen and comes with 7 dishes, dessert, and small sweets. The first item, corn Gelato, was new and delicious. I had never eaten it before. Fish dishes are also delicious. Also, the pasta was a winner because it was made with Japanese pepper and whelk, which was a combination of my favorite ingredients. The main meats are grass-fed Hereford beef sirloin and Kamifura Wagyu beef rib roast. The rib roast is very juicy, but the portions are carefully thought out, and the combination with Hereford beef, which doesn't have much fat, is well thought out. Everything is very delicious and well made. The smell of firewood is also nice. The bread was delicious too. And it's rare that rice comes out at the end. Considering the quality of each item, 12,000 yen is extremely cheap. Even with wine pairing, it costs about 20,000 yen. I think it would be difficult to make a reservation if it were a little closer to the city center, but since it's Sancha, I can make a reservation.
