A Cow tongue restaurant located on Suzuran Street. This is a popular restaurant that is full even on weekdays. Boiled tongue appears from the appetizer. Maybe this is normal? (It's also possible that I just don't like boiled tongue.) ◼️ Thick-sliced grilled beef tongue I forgot to take a picture, but it's thick, yet soft and delicious. ◼️ Grilled yukhoe is a must-order. It's insanely delicious. ◼️ Cow tongue A refreshing dish. ◼️ Miso tongue grilled. This is delicious, but I think it's just average. When you eat it with plenty of green onions in the middle ◎ ◼️ Earthenware pot tongue stew There was a good amount even if it was shared among 3 people. ◼️ Iron pot beef Gyoza / Dumpling Gyoza / Dumpling type with wings, and the sauce is vinegar and pepper. I ate a lot of other things besides Cow tongue, which was juicy but felt refreshing due to the sauce, and they were all delicious. •Apple cider vinegar jelly tomato: It was delicious even if you're not a tomato fan! •Tuna mayo macaroni: Accented with chili oil •Stingray fin: Grilled well!
