「鴨すき」って、鴨肉をすき焼き風で食べるのかと思っていたら、京都福知山の郷土料理なんですかね！
イメージ、鴨しゃぶに近いイメージで、薄切りの鴨肉を特製出汁でしゃぶしゃぶして、たっぷりのネギといただきます。さっぱりと、鴨旨みとネギの深みを味わえる、身体に染み渡る鍋でした！！
普段甘辛い割下に、卵をたっぷりつけて食べる鴨すき焼きが大好きなのですが、こちらの鴨鍋も美味しい〜
ネギはおかわりして、たくさん食べちゃいました！やっぱり鴨といえばネギですね。
鍋の他にも鴨の串焼き、焼き鳥などもあるので逸品料理と合わせてお酒も進みます。
寒い時期にぴったりだと思うのでまたお邪魔したいです。
