日本酒で七笑 辛口純米
すっきりとした飲み口は食中酒に最適。
秋刀魚のお刺身
店頭のこのメニューを見て入ったようなもの。
そば屋さんでお刺身を丁寧に出しているのはポイントが高い！
小ぶりながらしっかりした秋刀魚。脂もあって美味〜。
揚げ出し豆腐
蕎麦屋の出汁で美味しくないわけはない。
さっくりふわっと。
馬刺し
冷凍から出したっって感じでしたが、にんにくとしょうがで。
赤身しっかり、濃い味わい。
たぬきそば
大きな丼のたっぷりの出汁。
鰹しっかりきいた甘めな出汁と、しっかりした信州そばの食感。
締めたなーとしみじみ。
存在は知ってたけど、行ってなかったイイお店。
隣の屋台屋といい、駅から離れたところにいいお店がある上馬地区です。
