The soba noodles are delivered daily from the main store in Nagano. You can enjoy soba noodles sourced directly from the noodle factory. Shinshu soba has a strong texture and is thick like country soba. You can enjoy the rich flavor of the soba. Enjoy the exquisite balance of the flavor and richness of the broth! We also have seasonal menus. We offer Sakura soba in spring, Green shiso soba in early summer, and Yuzu soba in winter. We recommend the Two-Color Soba, which allows you to enjoy both regular soba and seasonal soba.
