A homely restaurant run by a kindhearted owner
I was passing by and noticed this place, so I went there. It's been a while since I've found a restaurant I like this much, so I honestly hesitated to post about it, but I'll write about it honestly. I was attracted to the headline outside, which said it had cats, was low in salt, and the sake looked reasonably priced, so I visited. The owner runs the restaurant by himself, so you can relax and sip your drink while you wait. The owner is friendly and loves to talk, and the restaurant is a very homey place loved by regulars. The restaurant has a cat named Tom, and the encounter between the owner and Tom was very touching... Listen to the story for yourself. I had the recommended horse mackerel namero. The coarsely chopped namero with plenty of ginger and green onions is delicious, goes well with alcohol, and is very filling. I ordered the other dish as selection, and it was stir-fried chicken and bamboo shoots. The flavor was well infused into the bamboo shoots, and it was also delicious. Although the salt content was low overall, the food was carefully prepared and had a strong flavor, so even drinkers were very satisfied. I was tired of salty snacks, so this carefully made taste is really good. All sake is 200ml and the same price. I had Denshin, which had a strong flavor, and Toyoka, which was sweet and easy to drink. There are some drinks that are not on the menu, so be sure to check. This is a shop where you can see the master's efforts to make the drinks reasonable, even though they take time and effort. If you're lost in the Komadai area, this is the place to go.

I'll write about the three times I visited recently. First, the sardine sashimi I had as an appetizer was thick and fatty. It immediately made me want to drink alcohol. The goya chanpuru was low in salt, but the pork belly was well done and the taste was very satisfying. And it was very filling. The deep fried chicken was one of the master's pride and joy, carefully prepared with garlic. The well-seasoned seasoning and garlic make you want to drink alcohol! The chicken spring rolls were very juicy with ginger. They went surprisingly well with the potato salad that came with it. This was also very filling. The pork and yam stir-fry was also perfect, with the pork tender and the yam halfway between crunchy and fluffy. Omelette Rice was a pride of the master, prepared over a long period of time. The carefully prepared chicken rice was richly flavored and very delicious. The horse mackerel namero was coarsely chopped and had a strong kick of ginger, making it very satisfying to eat. I ordered a half portion of the meat-stuffed fried tofu, but it was still very filling. The fried tofu soaked in broth and the crunchy spring onions were very tasty. The friendly owner and the relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere make it a great place to drop in. There was a take takeaway order even while I was drinking.
