＜初訪問時＞
休日に近くの公園に散歩がてら出かけた時に
前々から気になっていたこちらのお店でランチでもと
思い、お邪魔することに。
お昼を少し過ぎた時間でしたが、店内は満席状態。
スタッフの方にお伺いすると、外の席でよければどうぞとの
ことで外の席で待つこと20分。前のお客さんが使われた食器類を
目の前にテーブルの上に飾られた花を見ながら待っていましたが
どうやら店内の席が空いたっぽかったのでそちらへ移動します。
スタッフの方にこちらに移動しましたと断りを入れさらに待つこと20分。
お水はもとよりメニューさえも出てきません。私はこのような場合自ら
せっついたりしないのですが、さすがにひとこと「あの〜」と声をかけます。
お水とランチメニューが書かれた黒板を持ってきていただいた後に
他の方が注文されていたサンドイッチがおいしそうに見えたのでそれをオーダー。
中身が選べるとのことで、迷わずそこに書かれていたローストビーフを選択すると、
それは売り切れですとの返事が。心の中で「だったら黒板なんだから消すとか
伝えてくれればいいのに」と叫びながらお店を出ることに…。
＜再訪時＞
後日、近所で打ち合わせがあったのでその帰りに捲土重来お茶タイムを。
ファイヤーキングの器で出されたカプチーノをいただきながら、お隣で
くつろぐワンコとしばし戯れてまいりました。
