若手と夕方までみっちりのお仕事を終えて、若手からの要望で反省会にお付き合いしました。
開店前でしたが店を覗くと、気持ち良く案内して頂き、
全員座って直ぐに、生ビールをグイグイ、プァ〜〜o(^o^)o
一息ついてから、名古屋風の手羽先、ホルモンとモヤシ炒め、串焼き盛合せ、？？サラダなどなど…を注文、
食いしん坊おやじ は、呑む時は あまり長くお仕事の話をしたくないのですが、
先程まで真剣に仕事をやっていたので、
どうしても若手からは仕事の反省や相談などなど… …
こう言う時には、早く酔っ払って頭を柔らかく、柔らかく…(^-^)
名古屋風の手羽先、食欲をそそられる 香ばしそうな濃いタレの色合いと照り、
手掴みでパクリッ！
鶏肉が柔らかくて パリパリ感がなし、
タレは表面だけで、中まで染み込んでいなくて、タレで手がヌルヌル…
タレと鶏肉が絡んでいない様な味わいは、やや残念なお味でした。
でも、ビールの おつまみ としては、いけましたよ。(^.^)

やっと楽しいお話に切り替わり、何故か、奥さん談義に花が咲きました。(´∀｀*)
ホルモンとモヤシ炒めは、しゃきしゃきモヤシとタレが美味しかったです。

まさか、孫の手ペンペンの話は出来ませんよね〜〜(^｡^)ニコニコ…
串焼き盛合せは、若向きのお店にしてはボリュームがなくて寂しかったですね。
鶏肉は歯応えがあり過ぎの肉質で、ジューシー差が干からびていて、
お店に入った時の我々の様でした。
しかし、ビールお代わり！( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
２時間ばかりワイワイ、ガヤガヤ…で、7時過ぎになりましたが、
後からのお客さんは１組だけでした。
周りには大きな企業は無いようですが、
この時間でこの入りは、やや寂しいなぁ〜
久々に若手との呑み会、
気持ち良く酔っ払い、タクシーで急いで帰りましたが、
妻に連絡するのを忘れていたのと、昨夜も呑んで帰って身体を心配する妻は、
夕食を待っていたので、プンプンo(｀ω´ )o
玄関で、孫の手ペンペンが待っていました〜〜
