ランチBコースをいただきました。作った方の人柄が感じられるやさしいお味です。
濃すぎず、薄すぎず、よく食材のおだしが出たスープやソースで、また食べたくなる味です。
手作りらしい味わいのある温かいパン、雑味の無いスキッとした水、パリッとしたナフキンにいたるまで、細やかな気遣いが感じられます。
サザエさん通りのアンフュージョンに比べるときちんとしたフレンチの中でも少しだけカジュアル寄りですが、記念日などにも使えるレベルです。メインはそこそこボリュームがあり、きちんと満腹感も得られるフレンチ。
接客はわりとテキパキした女性でした。バイト募集してたので、ホール係は時によって違うのかもしれません。味は申し分ないので、あと評価のカギとなるのはホール係次第かもしれません。また行きたい。
追伸
ホール係が男性に変わったようですが、電話予約の印象があまりよくないです。子どもに少な目の量など柔軟に対応してくれる感じはなし。アンフュージョンのほうが細やかに対応してくれます。「その日は混みあっていますのでご了承ください」と居酒屋のようなことを言われました。こなしきれないなら予約を受けなければよいように思うが。
14：30近くでも電話応対をまともにできないくらい忙しそうで、細やかな相談をするなら時間を選んだほうがいいです。そんなに忙しいならランチ予約をネット予約可にしてほしい。
