用賀の片隅に元フレンチシェフの作る絶品カレー。
懐かしいニュースを聞いた。
三宿にあったクワンのシェフ、斉藤さんが用賀にカレー屋さんをやっていると。
ブラッスリードゥクワンといえば三宿交差点のweb、新記の上にあったフレンチで、
美味しい料理とワインを飲みに、三宿の人たちが集まっていた人気店。
そんなお店が閉まって早8、9年。SNSの繋がりもなかったのですが、
Fungoの関さんがFBで行かれたと書いていて、突撃。

元フレンチシェフがフランス料理で培った技法とタンドールを使って
"全く新しい"フレンチカレーを提供しています とのこと。
奥にいるのが斉藤さん。
ランチは地元のママさんで大賑わい。
セットが数種類あってCセットのあいがけをオーダー。
カレーの種類が多くて悩む！
フレンチらしい赤ワイン煮カレーと、牡蠣のカレーを注文。
出てきたカレーは鮮やかなあいがけ。
中央にターメリックライス、ピクルス副菜が乗っていて
左に赤ワイン煮カレー、右に牡蠣のカレー。
牛バラがしっかり入った赤ワイン煮カレー。
まろやかで、辛味抑えめ。ほろほろと崩れる牛バラ。
フレンチらしさを感じた。
牡蠣のカレーは、シャバシャバなこれがベースなのかな？
じんわり後から辛味のくる一見穏やかなカレーに、広島県産の牡蠣は旨味たっぷり。
あたり前だけどカレーのレベルが高くて、もう無心で食べましたね。
まだまだ食べ足りない！全種類制覇したいな。
食後はドリンクセットのラッシーで一服。
帰り際会計で、お久しぶりですと覚えていてくれた斉藤さん。
何で用賀にお店開いたのか聞くの忘れちゃったな、また今度聞こう。
夜はフレンチベースにいろんな料理も。
昼はもちろん、夜も来ずにはいられない楽しみなお店です。
