フランス料理の巨匠、アラン・デュカスが認めたセンスを持つ波多江シェフの店。
代官山・用賀・高輪の３店舗展開しており、今回は用賀店に訪問。
用賀駅から徒歩約10分ほどのところにある。
今回私が頂いたのは、「トリアングル」
ショコラ・キャラメル・ピーカンナッツの三重奏、今まで食べた事のないハーモニーが口の中で舞い踊る。
他のケーキも他店では味わえないケーキとなっています。
スイーツ好きの方には是非、この唯一無二のハーモニーに酔いしれて頂きたい！
