The ingredients used are vegetables ordered from all over the country, including the Setagaya market, and fresh seafood purchased from Toyosu market every morning. No matter when you visit, you can enjoy a dish that reflects the changing seasons. Wild vegetables and conger eel are recommended from spring to summer. By blending fragrant thick sesame oil, corn oil, and cottonseed oil, the product has a crispy finish that brings out the delicate flavor of the ingredients. Enjoy the finest Tempura to your heart's content, enjoying the blessings of the four seasons.
Food Hand-made udon noodles served with a deep-flavored soup stock
In addition to Tempura, check out our specialty udon noodles as well. We offer handmade udon noodles made with "Sanuki no Kaze," a blend of pure domestic wheat from Kagawa Prefecture and Hokkaido. The combination is a blend of Rishiri kelp, Junme sardine flakes, mackerel flakes, Mechiki flakes, and bonito bonito karebushi. The rich aroma and deep flavor go perfectly with udon! This soup stock is also used for dipping sauce for Tempura and for Ten-don (tempura rice bowl). Enjoy it as a casual lunch or dinner course.
