知り合いと伺いました。
平日の夜でもほぼ満席。
店内は明るく、沢山の日本酒の瓶が飾られてます。
日本酒も色んなものがあり、どれも飲みやすくて美味しかったです。
九州料理、というと最近はそれらをメインにした居酒屋がそこそこあるので、メニュー自体は特別な感じは見受けられません。
でも、味が、全く違う！
鶏肉を使った料理は、鶏肉そのものの美味しさが引き立ってて、鉄板焼でも美味しさの差を感じます。
鶏南蛮は、巷のものより脂っこくなく、タルタルソースもクドくなく、パクパク食べられちゃいます。
鰹のタタキも、あまり店で食べたことがなく（スーパーで安く売ってるから…）あまり比較できませんが、こんなにも美味しいのかと感動しました。
鰹だけじゃなく一緒に食べる野菜もシャキシャキして美味しいから余計に。
鳥刺しも美味しい…中々安全に食べられるお店も少ないので…。
薩摩揚げも、「えっ薩摩揚げってこんなにふわふわして美味しいものがあるの！？」って驚く程。
どれも定番ですし、家でもよく食べるようなものばかりですが、どれも美味しく明らかな差を感じます。
どの駅からも少し遠いですが、本当におすすめのお店です。
