こんな焼肉屋を探していた。
この言葉に尽きる。
お肉は国産の和牛
お野菜は無農薬
味付けは無添加オーガニック
お酒はこだわり抜いた酒好きのお酒
店主がとことんこだり抜いてお店を営んでいるのがヒシヒシと感じる。
敢えてこのお店をダメ出しするのなら、
割りに合ってるいるのか？
お客さんだけが得をしてお店は損していそうだ。
いつか潰れてしまうかもしれないから早めに何度も言っておいた方が良いかもしれない。
あと、お店の入口が分かりにくすぎる所もデメリットな気がするが知ってしまえばなんの問題もない。1階の焼き鳥屋さんは美味しくて何度も行ったことがあったのに2階に焼肉屋があるとは気づかなかった。それもそのはずで、焼き鳥屋の店内奥に階段がある。
場所はさて置き、
肉の品質はどれも高品質
こんなに美味しくて甘いタンは食べたことがなき
黒毛和牛を語っている高級店ですらタンは外国産を使っていることが多い中、弱肉強食さんはおそらく黒タンなのだろう。
タンがうまい店はハラミも美味いのは必然
店主にその日のオススメを聞けばなんなりと要望に応えて、特にその日美味しい部位を惜しまず提供してくれる。
そしてビックリしたのがスープまで化学調味料無しの無添加で作ったスープ。よくこの味が出る。
〆には焼肉屋定番の冷麺をいただくと、シコシコモチモチの生麺を使っているではないか。
こんなに美味いものばかり食っては酒がすすむ。
このお店に来る時は、日本酒かワイン、出だしはクラフトビールがおすすめ。
再訪間違いなし。
